My first thought was "health centres" but I'm not sure this is wide enough (?) - in fact, I'm not sure it's right at all.
Context is infrastructure etc. in developing countries. TIA. |

I agree, a wider term seems to be called for here - health care facilities covers everything from the village dispensary to the hospital in the capital. |
