English translation:a description - fairly common but no more than that

i.e. they decided to have a permanent nucleus but on the lean & mean principle, with the actual legwork being done by the partners

I work for a multinational employing over 10,000 people but with a HQ team of 50 - to keep non-productive overheads down...
