lease inflows/payments depend upon revenue generated from operating financed equipment

Explanation:
Hello,

This my understanding.

One could say: According to this (lease) agreement, lease inflows depend...equipment. I wouldn't repeat the word "lease", as it is clearly understood what kind of agreement this is.

The lessor depends on revenue generated from letting out financed equipment to cover lease payments.

adosser = to depend on (this context)

les flux de locations = lease inflows/payments (money coming in from leases/lease payments)

induites = generated from/by

exploitation = operating

matérial = equipment

financé = financed (makes payments on)

I hope this helps.

disagree texasweed: Lease inflows... This is NOT a business term, unless we're talking about leasing a river!

  -> Although "lease payments" is used much more often, "lease inflows" can be used to mean "money coming in from leases." It is said. Inflows = money coming in

revenue generated by the performance of financed equipment

Explanation:
The Lease agreement does not require a security deposit or excessive collateral. It is based upon the revenue generated by the performance of financed equipment.

neutral MatthewLaSon: "by the performance of" sounds a little awkward in English. Revenue comes from operating financed equipment.
