I agree with you about the French (poorly written source texts aren't exactly a rarity) but some indication as to the heading would help or the type of purchase -what product is this referring to? Or what category of products? Why does Asker think it's copy of receipt? More context in French please, full sentence or not

It appears, though, that Stephanie doesn't have preceding and following sentences. She has strings which have been pulled from the web site and saved in an Excel spreadsheet. IMHO, she needs to find out when this instruction actually occurs (i.e. she needs to obtain the context from the client).

I've just spotted the reference given by cmwilliams, and I wonder if this is the actual site being translated (it also contains "Jeux Détente").

When you click on "Conserver une copie de votre produit", a window opens:

Please post the full sentence in French (and perhaps even the preceding and following sentences). It's not enough just to have a couple of French words and an explanation in English. Please reveal the context of the phrase, en français. This isn't difficult but without seeing how the French is used in context, it becomes harder than it actually is. Is it from Canada or France?
