Lors de la distribution en Suisse, la SICAV peut verser des rétrocessions aux investisseurs qualifiés énumérés ci-après, détenant selon une appréciation économique des actions de la SICAV pour des tiers :
A literal translation would obvisouly be "Payment of retrocessions and indemnities" but is it possible to pay a retrocession? I have found references to the retrocession of commission but I am not sure if this is what is being referred to here.
Can anyone shed any light on the correct financial terms to use in this context?

Personally, I don't think "Payment of..." is absolutely necessary in English. You could say "payment of shared commission and fees" if you really want to, but I would tend to just go with "Commission sharing and fees". |
