French term or phrase: valeurs de restructurations décotées
Obviously the parenthetical remark means in case of economic up-turn, but the first bit..... "pour repérer les leaders de leurs secteurs et les valeurs de restructurations décotées" I am just not sure about.... does décotées mean underpriced? unlisted? Many thanks in advance...

Explanation:
More than just undervalued. These are companies that once traded at (much) higher prices, but they ran into trouble and now have to be turned around through major surgery.

"Fallen angels" may be too strong, but that's the idea.
