Je ne sais pas si c'est très correct de parler d'un niveau de granularité, parce que la granularité est déja un niveau en soi:
Degré de fragmentation d'une entité donnée (mémoire, disque, fichier, champ, etc.) en unités plus petites, dans un but de protection ou pour la gestion.

Si tu doute de granularity, tu peux dire "level of granularity"
