French term or phrase: fiche d'écart soldée
There is no sentence to paste here. It is a document in a list of official documents to be provided upon completion of engineering works. Actually, it is in the plural, if that is of relevance.

Explanation:
I found this translation in a document about qualification of a plastics extrusion machine. also see http://www.gmpqualityup.com/forms/Form-450_Deviation_Report_... . Further gsearching also turned up the non-conformance (or else non-conformity) term http://www.tycoelectronics.com/supplier/docs/102/102-20.pdf

It's really a question of what is usual in the part of industry the source doc. comes from.

cleared snag list

Explanation:
Your 'fiche d'écart' is almost certainly what is usually called a 'snag list' (at least in the construction industry!)

By 'soldé', I would understand that the 'snags' have been put right; so it is a list of all the things that were not right, and which have subsequently been sorted out.

neutral  Charles Hawtrey: Is 'snag' a suitable word for a fairly official document? It may well be in the construction industry - I don't know!//Thought you might say that, hence my hesitation.

-> Well, it certainly is in the construction industry, but I couldn't say for IT

agree  juliebarba: they might be snags, but it is a snagging list...;-) @Charles - I work in a construction related company and see the word all the time...

-> Thanks, Julie! I think you're right about 'snagging', though I have seen both terms used.

agree  Carol Gullidge: "Snag list" (re properties) is how I've come across it, but it seems "Snagging..." is used as well. Take your pick! Btw, is there any line of industry in which you haven't already worked?! ..... :O)

-> Thanks, Carol! Well, in the 20 years of my 'previous life', I got involved (albeit sometimes only peripherally!) in lots of fields...

agree  Travelin Ann: US uses "punch list"
