Bus/Financial - IT (Information Technology) / Exchange rate
French term or phrase: moulinette
In an internal document authorising expenditure concerning leasing of a commercial building:
"exchange rate de la moulinette 1 eur = 1 devise locale" Yes the english is part of the phrase in question - not a mistake.

It is a program or script performing a very simple task. The acception is rather pejorative in French (minimalist programming), so "tool" might be enough.
