o D’autres manipulations aussi inhabituelles ont été réalisées. Ces dernières n’ont pas permis de reproduire le dysfonctionnement. Les traces que la société PPP a mis en place, ont permis de détecter que le problème était au niveau de la « dll » de YYY. Il est nécessaire de définir si PPP a un problème lors de l’appel de cet « dll » ou si c’est un problème propre à YYY.

(PPP et YYY sont des sociétés informatiques. le client utilise un système de base de YYY avec un programme de PPP.)

La société PPP a ouvert un incident au support de YYY. En absence de réponse concrète de YYY, la société PPP a réalisé des modifications de leur coté : modification des échanges entre nos composants et dev plus un outil de recovery.

Actually, having thought about it a bit more, there is another possibility. "Dev" could be the name of the entry point to the dll that is having problems. This would have the advantage of making the French a bit more correct.

If you want to e-mail me privately with the real name of YYY, I can try and find out if it has an entry point called "dev".
