I think this is one of those cases where what is actually being said makes no technical sense whatsoever. But building slightly on another poster's suggestion, I think you can sort of rationalise it like this (again, "web-enabled" is one of those pieces of marketing mumbo jumbo that doesn't really mean very much technically, but that's kind what they have in the French...) |
