French term or phrase: support numérique connecté
In guidance about taking an environmentally friendly approach to organising events. This is in the section relating to organising and designing events:

La communication avec les participants

Pour les éditions, imprimer de préférence un document unique, en quantité nécessaire et suffisante et/ou le proposer sur support numérique connecté.

I am not sure if I would be adding to much if were to put "internet-connected" digital medium.

English translation:(in a) digital web-enabled format
Explanation:
I think this is one of those cases where what is actually being said makes no technical sense whatsoever. But building slightly on another poster's suggestion, I think you can sort of rationalise it like this (again, "web-enabled" is one of those pieces of marketing mumbo jumbo that doesn't really mean very much technically, but that's kind what they have in the French...)

web-enabled digital interface

Explanation:
Ugh, the French wording is a bit odd, but I get what they're saying.

Your suggestion is accurate, but I hear "web-enabled" more than "Internet-connected". Perhaps someone has a better suggestion for "digital medium". I prefer "digital interface", but that may be reading more into what the suggested technology entails.

Explanation:
This is more the way I would express the same idea in EN - offer a downloadable version. You can add "electronic"/"digital" if you like, but that's implicit in downloadable.

and/or provide a soft copy online

Explanation:
Connecté does not necessarily suggest via the Internet. It could be an intranet. It just means "and/or provide an electronic version online"
