French term or phrase: délai d'appel
J'ai un doute sur le sens de ce terme dans le contexte de ce contrat :

Une surveillance du bon fonctionnement de la plateforme, des infrastructures et du bon acheminement des messages est demandée par XYZ.
Des alertes sur dysfonctionnement sont à remonter au Client :
En cas d’indisponibilité de composants de la plateforme : 15 minutes ;
En cas d’erreur technique survenue sur un échange : 15 minutes ;
En cas d’indisponibilité de composants de partenaires régulièrement invoqués : ***délai d’appel*** + 15 minutes ;

"Period of appeal" ne semble avoir aucun sens ici. "Call time"? Ne me semble pas correct non plus...

Merci !

wait time

Explanation:
yes, isn't it the case that the different partners specify x minutes so that a call happens in x + 15 minutes... so that they don't get "invoqués" too frequently?

Oh, sorry, I didn't see that Matthew Kushinka had already come up with this idea... but I think "wait time" is OK, personally
