This is a from a section in a lease which explains the conditions under which the leased premises may be shared with other occupants. Thus, if the Tenant is operating a "Centre d’hébèrgement de matériel informatique"....I have translated it as a "centre for housing computer equipment". I thank you all in advance!

Explanation:
This is just my take on it based solely on the literal meaning of it being a “hosting centre [facility] of computer hardware”.

If the tenant is subleasing the space (and bandwidth, etc.) for others to run servers, this would typically be called a “colocation” facility.

PS: There are several kinds of hosting. Colocation is the kind where the customer rents part of the premises (such as a rack or part of a rack) to run their own servers; if the client is not bringing their own equipment to run on the rented premises then “colocation” will not be correct.

Based on Terry's and Michael's comments, I'll back off and say "data center" instead. ("Carrier neutral" may not fit the Asker's context at all.)

neutral  Terry Richards: I agree with the data center/centre part but I don't see enough in the context to justify the carrier neutral part. The premises may be shared but it doesn't necessarily mean the data centre is.
