French term or phrase: Les TIC qui "braille" haut et fort
This is the title of an article about making Information and Communication Technology more accessible for the disabled. My attempts are "ICT speaks up for Braille" and "ICT makes Braille stand out". I'd be grateful for opinions and other suggestions.

Explanation:
An idea that might help. (The French version's pretty lame IMO, no pun intended!)

ICT: something for everyone

Explanation:
The idea of being all-inclusive.

Maybe turn it around:
"Something for everyone with ITC"

Or
"ITC: everyone's welcome" or does that sound too much like McDonald's? ;-)
