French term or phrase: moyens

This is in a document from TF1 about the applications they use to produce and store info used in TV programs.

Le systeme BZN est chargé de la gestion des fichiers vidéo numériques associés aux élements de Naos (sujets, *moyens*...).
...
Les grandes fonctions de cent application sont :
- La réception de demandes de transmissions et/ou de *moyens* depuis Naos
- ...
- La valorisation des* moyens* à posteriori

"Sujets" are "news stories" but I cannot figure out what "moyens" are in this context.

"Materials" perhaps?
