French to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
French term or phrase: garantir contre
In the same context of A transferring rights to B:

"A garantit à B la jouissance entière (...) des droits cédés, contre tous troubles, revendications, recours et évictions quelconques."

Several glossary entries give "hold harmless" which in my opinion isn't appropriate here. My translation so far is "A guarantees B full enjoyment of the transferred rights (...) and will protect B against any disturbance, claim, recourse or dispossession."
Again "éviction" is something I would associate more with property rather than the transfer of rights.

Many thanks.
