Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Building permits
French term or phrase: non retrait administratif
The term appears towards the bottom of the context provided. Context: taken from a deed of sale for an off-plan property. The condition subsequent appears to be finalisation of the building permit before a certain date. I am slightly lost here, because I can't figure out whether the 'retrait administratif' refers to a withdrawal of the decision on the building permit itself - or indeed the application for it - or is something to do with the legislation governing it...can anyone help? I tend to think it is probably to do with the decision, myself, but not sure. Would be most grateful for any help.

that the authorities have not revoked
Explanation:
certification by the municipality that no notice of appeal has been received pursuant to article 600-1 of the Urban Planning Code and that the authorities have not revoked the building permit. You use the term 'building permit', but aren't these called planning permissions, or planning consents, in the UK instead of 'building permits' as in the US?
