that the authorities have not revoked Explanation: certification by the municipality that no notice of appeal has been received pursuant to article 600-1 of the Urban Planning Code and that the authorities have not revoked the building permit. You use the term 'building permit', but aren't these called planning permissions, or planning consents, in the UK instead of 'building permits' as in the US? |
