Explanation:
I am a bit nonplussed by two factors: the lack of context, and the fact that you are asking the question at all.

The word usually refers to time off work, and what little context you have provided is consistent with this: people often rent somewhere to live when they go on holidays. So I wonder whether there is something you're not telling us.

So how about \"notice of termination\" or something like that?
