"bilateral sales agreement" would be my first guess. Does any of you have a better idea?

neutral  rkillings: "Purchase and sale agreement" is more usual and captures the bilateral aspect. You could say "synallagmatic" too (the word exists) but it's superfluous: every contract is by definition synallagmatic (and at least bilateral).
