Could you not simply use: "CONTRACT" or "SERVICES CONTRACT" (or whatever the contract is for)? This would be standard in a Canadian contract.

Yes, I saw that but am not convinced that either option is suitable here since there is no question here of an appearance and a table of contents is normally the title for a list of Chapter or Section titles. In this case, the heading is followed only by the info about the parties entering into the contract, i.e. the bits that one normally see under the headings

ENTRE: X, dont le siège sociale etc...

ET: Y, dont le siège etc....
