"un intérêt de retard calculé sur le taux mensuel moyen du marché monétaire au jour le jour, majoré de 2 points (soit T4M + 2 points), avec un minimum de 8 % l'an, le T4M étant retenu sur la base du mois précédant l'exigibilité de la créance, sans que cette majoration puisse valoir délai de règlement"
I have found 'délai de règlement' defined as 'settlement interval' - not sure.
I can't get my head around 'puisse valoir' at all - please help!
