Hello,
I'm translating an executive recruitment website, this part deals with the legal obligations of users of the site. I'm just not sure how to translate "manquement" in the folllowing:
Le site xxxx se réserve le droit de supprimer sans préavis tout message, contenu ou document non conforme aux dispositions de la Loi française, aux précédents engagements ou en cas de manquement d'un utilisateur aux autres conditions d'utilisation.
