This concerns an amendment to an employee's employment agreement proposing his expatriation or foreign posting. I don't like how the word 'administration' sounds in this sentence; any suggestions? To me it sounds 'foreign' and not natural.

If this person is going to work abroad, then, they may enjoy some autonomy but will have to report to someone in the head office, who will carry out their performance appraisal too.
