French to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Data collection process
French term or phrase: soumis
Hi. CONTEXT:

"En cas de litige sur l’exécution du bon de commande, celui-ci sera soumis au contrat cadre."

I've seen things being submitted to arbitration, or to court... But is "submitted to the framework contract" the right translation here? TIA.
