Explanation:
see "en exécution" in the Termium web link below. I'm not so sure if the "financial" part is necessary in the translation. It seems to me a bit redundant.

property finance-lease option


Explanation:
I understand this as a would-be purchaser putting down a deposit with a later option (which he/she can either exercise or cancel, up to a set date). This person then rents the property, hence the "lease" bit and decides whether they want to full purchase it, within the time limit.
I don't see the need to translate "anticipée" as it really means "in the future" which we would not say in English.
