Article 25

Conformément aux dispositions de l’article 26 du décret du 23 mars 1967, Monsieur XXXXXX XXXXX a présenté, préalablement à la signature des présents statuts, un état des actes que les associés ont accomplis pour le compte de la société en formation comportant, pour chaque acte, l’engagement qui en résultera pour la société.

Cet état est annexé aux présents statuts dont la signature emportera reprise des engagements par la société dès son immatriculation au registre du commerce et des sociétés.

agree  fourth: largely yes, with "engagements" being undertakings. ie by incorporating, the Articles of Association are not mentioning it directly but there is an Annexe or attachment.

neutral  rkillings: I'd go for 'assumption of commitments'. Not all "engagements" will be recognised as liabilities of the company.
