The board____ the company with respect to third parties'? Or should that entire order of the sentence be changed?
I have 'hires, binds, commits' for 'engager' but I am unsure which (if any) to choose. Perhaps 'third parties
This is a stand alone paragraph. The following paragraph states 'le directoire administre les biens de la société. Il a la faculté d'administrer ses biens'. |
