This is a service contract, but I am unsure of the meaning of "interventions". It involves a section outlining the conditions of payment to an advertising firm.

"The expenses related to travelling...for the interventions at the head office, will be reimbursed according to the following conditions..."

"contributions at the head office"?
"involvement at the head office"?

I thank you all in advance!

travel expenses … for services rendered at the head office
Explanation:
'interventions' isn't specific, so you don't need to be either.

Somebody came and did something at the head office. Under a service contract. Whatever it was that he or she did, it was a service rendered by that person.

Explanation:
Travel expenses for actions (or activities) carried out (or performed) at the head office. You could also use "interventions" in a Eurospeak franglais sort of usage (although it does grate on an English ear).
