French to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s)
French term or phrase: GB
Hi!

This abbreviation appears on an Employer-Contractor contract and I am having difficulty understanding its meaning in English. Here it is in context:

LE GROUPEMENT XXXXX , un Groupement régi par décret législatif No 93-08 du 25 avril 1993, Ayant son siège social à la Zone des Partenaires, XXX XXX , ci-après désigné par le terme « Maître de l’Ouvrage ou GB » et représenté par M. XXX.

Merci!

English translation:GB
Explanation:
You cannot translate it - it is how they will "abbreviate" Maître de l’Ouvrage when referring to this person later in the contract. Is it possibly the person's initials?
