Salut!

This term appears in an Employer-Contractor contract and I would appreciate some assistance with its translation. It appears under the heading 'Suspension/Resiliation' as follows:

Au cas où l’Entrepreneur ferait faillite, ou, dans le cas où de l’avis raisonnable du Maître de l’Ouvrage, il est jugé incapable de remplir ses engagements en vertu du présent Contrat, le Maître de l’Ouvrage aura le droit de résilier le Contrat sans indemnité au profit de l’Entrepreneur, ni recours, mais sans préjudice de tout autre droit ou compensation que le Maître de l’Ouvrage pourrait avoir contre l’Entrepreneur.

So far, I have come up with 'recourse' and 'appeal'.
