The text is taken from the section of the contract (Employer/Principal - Contractor contract for operations in the oil industry) about the different types of insurance that the Contractor must take out in before carrying out operations for the Employer. The whole paragraph is:

Assurance des Employés “Third Country Nationals” et Responsabilité de l’Employeur - (i) Couverture pour l’assurance des employés expatriés autres que ceux des Etats Unis d’Amérique et l’Algérie, avec des montants minimums conformément aux lois et réglementations du pays d’origine de sous-traitance. (ii) assurance de responsabilité de l’Employeur avec des limites de pas moins d’un million de Dollars U.S. ($1,000,000.00 U.S.) pour frais médicaux des blessures ou décès d’une ou plusieurs personnes provenant d’un accident.
