Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s) / Motorway Concession | | French term or phrase: entendu | This comes from a contract between the State and a company having been awarded a Motorway concession. My question concerns the article dealing with what happens when the concession contract terminates:
Not sure what "entendu" means here.
"Dans tous les cas de résiliation prévus à l'Article xx, l'Etat peut retenir, s'il y a lieu, sur l'indemnité de résiliation visée à l'Article xx, une somme correspondant au coût des travaux prévus au programme d'entretien et de renouvellement mentionné ci-dessus et non réalisés par le Titulaire, majorée de vingt pour cent (xx %) de son montant.
