neutral  Hal D'Arpini: Where does the "set over" come into play? "Transporter" is only used once, so I see no reason to have redundant translations. Perhaps in the U.K., "set over" is a legal term, but does it have a meaning beyond transfer that justifies a second translation?

  -> One definition of "transporter" is "to carry over," and a common legal expression of that is "set over." See the reference. Essentially, they all mean variations of the same thing. Similar to assigning "all right, title and interest."'
