Hi,

This is part of an agreement between a racing circuit and event organisers who arrange incentive days etc.
I have something along the lines of "without prejudice to possible personal/individual taxation" but I'm not sure that this is the correct expression. Thanks for your help!

"L’utilisation de toutes les installations doit se faire dans l’absolu respect, d’une part, des conditions d’exploitation imposées par les autorités fédérales, régionales et communales et, d’autre part, du Règlement d’ordre intérieur annexé à la présente convention et en faisant partie intégrante.

Une attention toute particulière sera apportée au respect des normes d’émission de nuisances sonores et aux normes de sécurité Service Régional Incendie, sans préjudice d’impositions particulières éventuelles."

Explanation:
'without prejudice to any special impositions' - its not 'taxes' , but conditions you may have asked for in your agreement. you must comply with local safety standards on noise and fire, regardless of whatever other agreements are in your annexe. ie you cant make and special conditions that do not comply with local standards in respect of them.
