I'm stuck with this term, within this context. The document is a lease and the sentence is as follows:

1. "...la signature a été legalisée le méme jour, non encore enregistrée mais qui le sera en méme temps que les présentes et qui demeurera ci-annexée après mention d'usage."

Les mentions d'usage sont les déclarations telles que "lu et approuvé' ou 'bon pour accord' que l'on écrit avant de signer ce genre de documents... Comme elles n'existent pas en EN, il n'y a pas non plus de terme pour les désigner : il faut innover :)
