French term or phrase: L'acquereur prend le FOND cédé dans l'état où il se trouve
This is a contract for the sale of a company. I know that when selling a smaller item, a car, for example, it would mean 'bought as seen', but what expression would you use for a company?

in its present condition
Explanation:
It's a bit late so my sleepiness could be talking here but if you are talking about the transfer property or of assets, this is fine. The first link uses the expression in a leasing contract (which, FYI, is a great, albeit simple, model if you ever need to translate that kind of document). The second is a company's financial report and discusses the sale of assests "in their present condition." You could maybe even use a simple "as is" in other situations - it seems to be pretty prevalent in US housing contracts but I wouldn't use it this case. Good luck!
