Is this simply Sub-Procurator, or is there a more reader-friendly term?

This is the last of my KudoZs for this job, and I'd like to thank all of you who helped me out today - it was a really horrible job, and as writeaway said (in another KudoZ) it's probably already been translated from something else!!! Anyway, y'all really helped me out, and thank you.
