French to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright | | French term or phrase: attributs de la personnalité | A claim is being made for breach of licencing rights:
"XXX est master-licencié, à titre exclusif, des attributs de la personnalité de YYY"
YYY is a famous figure.
"Aux termes du contrat de master licence, XXX est la seule personne à disposer du droit de déposer des marques incluant le nom YYY".
I am sure there must be a correct way of referring to this but so far I have drawn a blank.
