I can't work out exactly what this means here. Should it simply be "des présentes" without the accent on the "dès"?

A ruling is served, in this case presumably by post by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, in time-worn fashion.
In UK, this act should be carried out by bailiff making physical contact with the document being served with the person/representative of company being served with document in question. |
