"Outre l'interdiction de récidiver et les mesures accessoires habituelles détaillées au dispositif de la présente assignation, la demanderesse sollicite la mise en oeuvre du ***droit à l'information*** ainsi que la réparation du préjudice subi du fait de la contrefaçon."

The broad context is that the plaintiff knows that the defendants have made use of certain infringing products, and it is also almost 100% sure that the defendants have made use of additional infringing products, due to which fact it is requesting a "droit à l'information".
