From the "Definitions" section:

"Par ORGANISME VALORISATEUR, on entend la Partie choisie et qui a accepté d’identifier et de contacter des partenaires potentiels pour l’exploitation des BREVETS, ainsi que de prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires à ladite exploitation."

A few pages later (from the "Exploitation des brevets" secton):

"Missions de l’ORGANISME VALORISATEUR
A moins que les Parties n’en conviennent ensemble autrement, l’ORGANISME VALORISATEUR pourra seul négocier et signer des accords de secret et/ou des accords de transfert de matériel ayant pour objet les BREVETS ou le savoir-faire associé aux BREVETS, avec des tiers, en particulier industriels.
En outre, seul l’ORGANISME VALORISATEUR pourra négocier et rédiger les contrats d’exploitation des BREVETS.
L’ORGANISME VALORISATEUR fera ses meilleurs efforts pour négocier les contrats d’exploitation dans des délais raisonnables."
