Tax Point or VAT Point Explanation: "Exigibilité de TVA" "Droit que l’administration fiscale peut faire valoir, à partir d'un moment donné, auprès du redevable pour obtenir le paiement de la Taxe." "Tax Point"- " A right that the tax authority can exercise after a given deadline vis-à-vis a taxpayer to obtain payment of the tax" Reference: http://www.eurotax-vat.com/en/glossaire.php Reference: http://www.eurotax-vat.com/fr/glossaire.php |

VAT payable Explanation: this is how it is usualy translated in UK English. I think recoverable would be translated in French by "recouvrable" which has a sligtly different meaning. "Tax point", if it refers to a right to recover VAT is also not exactly correct I believe. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day43 mins (2006-08-11 09:04:11 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I do not understand your question, can you clarify |
