Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs / swiss tax system
French term or phrase: prestation appréciable en argent
The phrase "appréciable en argent" has been asked before (see http://www.proz.com/kudoz/french_to_english/finance_general/... and the answer was "fringe benefits", although reading the refs given, I don't think this is the best translation (rather of the phrase "avantages hors salaire").

This is a specific concept in the Swiss tax system, and makes the recipient liable to the impot anticipe.

My document:

Explanation:
or "cash benefit". Given the context, I can't really see any other meaning.
