In a piece about splitting a company to form a new company, and the possible financial consequences. "XXXX" is the country where they are intending to set up, then split. Context: "les conséquences d’une scission de notre société une fois établie en XXXX. Doit-on passer par ***une phase de liquidation… taxée*** ?" The following sentence moves on to something else, so this is the only relevant context. Any help gratefully received!
