French term or phrase: complément de droit exigible

This follows on from my earlier query: http://www.proz.com/kudoz/french_to_english/law:_taxation_cu...

"En cas de remise en cause de la réduction d’impôt pour non-respect des conditions initiales ou au cours de la période d'engagement de location, le complément de droit exigible est, en principe, assorti des pénalités prévues aux articles..."

For now, I have translated this as:
"Where tax relief is to be repaid(?) due to non-compliance with entitlement conditions either initially or in the course of the lease commitment period, the "supplementary tax demand"(?) is, in principle, subject to the penalties stipulated in articles..."

I am wondering if "complément de droit exigible" has a set translation that I'm unaware of.
