French to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Mortgage agreement | | French term or phrase: Creances professionnelles | La SOCIETE EMPRUNTEUSE..remet..au PRETEUR le bordereau...denomme "Acte de cession de creances professionnelles".
The phrase comes from a loan/mortgage contract. The contract says that the borrower, who is buying a block of flats with the loan, undertakes to guarantee the tenants' rents to the mortgage company in the event of default. The rents seem to be called "creances professionnelles" but I don't want to translate literally. Is there a standard phrase, I wonder? Any help greatly appreciated. |
