French term or phrase: domiciliation d'entreprise
I found an explanation of 'domiciliation d'entreprise' on the internet, but I cannot find an adequate translation for the term. THe following is the text:

Il arrive fréquemment qu’une entreprise titulaire d’un bail commercial héberge une autre
entreprise, parfois même gratuitement, dans ses locaux. Cette situation peut se révéler
délicate car elle renvoie à deux notions distinctes : celles de la sous-location et de la
domiciliation d’entreprise.

Any suggestions?

neutral  writeaway: Hi Egon, this is standard legalese and is the same legal concept as Domizil in German. Business seat would be Geschäftssitz, which isn't necessarily where it is legally registered. ;-)

neutral  Tony M: Forgive me for being sceptical, but so far I haven't been able to come up with a valid Google for this term that comes from a NATIVE English site; is the term US, as I've never come across it in the UK?

neutral  Christopher RH: I don't think this really conveys the meaning of "domiciliation". After all, every business has its 'seat' in premises... so a commercial lease could hardly prohibit that!

neutral  gad: I have to concur with Dusty and Christopher RH regarding "domiciliation"
