English translation:grouping of shares
Explanation:
Hi Supernova
My literal explanation is as follows: Whenever a shareholder needs a specific number of shares to exercise a right, the owners of these so-called "isolated" shares have to personally group together to get enough shares to meet the minimum needed for the rights issue. They would do this by buying and selling shares between themselves.

An additional note, now that I've re-read this. The "grouping" refers to the grouping of shares to get the required number, rather than grouping of people together.
