Law/Patents - Law (general) / Application for decree of judicial separation
French term or phrase: NAPP
This application is followed by a "Certificat de non-appel (NAPP)" signed by the Assistant Clerk of a Quebec Superior Court, certifying that no appeal has been registered.

Presumably, the first two letters of "NAPP" stands for "non-appel" - but what about "PP"?
