French to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / Notarial Document
French term or phrase: en avancement d'hoirie
Context: "ACCEPTER expressement la donation entre vifs **en avancement d'hoirie,** en pleine propriete,.."

Part of a notarial document gifting property. Does this mean the benificiary would receive the freehold on the property before she would actually inherit it (upon the gifting party's death)?

Thanks!
